Agreement to Terms

By accessing nutrionline.sk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Slovakia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

NutriOnline provides professional nutritionology services. These terms are a binding agreement between you, the user, and our practice based in Bratislava. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Online Consultation Booking

All bookings made via our platform are subject to specialist availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from [email protected].

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in session cancellation without refund.

The content on NutriOnline and the guidance provided during nutrition consultations are intended for educational and nutritional optimization purposes only.

Nutritional advice is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed medical doctor. Always seek the advice of your physician before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication.

Financial Terms & Refunds

Fees

Service fees are displayed in Euro (€) and include all applicable Slovak VAT. We utilize secure payment gateways to process transactions. NutriOnline does not store your credit card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

Refunds for nutritional plans are not provided once the personalized document has been delivered. Consultation refunds are processed only if cancellation requirements (24h notice) are met.

Content Ownership

All materials on this website, including articles, images, meal plan templates, and guidance texts, are the intellectual property of NutriOnline. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided specifically to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
